In our community we aim to combine both the tangible and intangible heritage of the land, craftsmanship, rural tradition and agro-ecology with the comfort of house that honor their soul and the essence of the place, respecting biodiversity and being aware of waste management. 

We intend to be plastic-free, actively committing ourselves to minimize our impact on nature to the extent of our possibilities, contributing to restore the balance with the environment.    

We're revitalizing the land, cultivating most of the products we harvest in the farm's ECO Garden ourselves. We respect the time it takes for our foods to develop their nutrients and vitamins and process them without the use of colouring, preservatives or additives before offering them for tasting.

Our philosophy is to offer products of biological origin prioritizing local produce of high quality we serve as slow-food.
